According to the publication, Metinvest, whose export products are consolidated and marketed through SCM Group, which is owned by Rinat Akhmetov, generated UAH 154 billion in exports together with its joint ventures, Southern Iron Ore Mining and Processing Plant and Zaporizhstal.
The ranking includes Ukraine’s 30 largest companies and business groups. According to the study, these companies accounted for exports worth US$15.13 billion (approximately UAH 635.25 billion at the National Bank of Ukraine’s exchange rate at the end of last year), representing 39.5% of the country’s total merchandise exports. According to NV, this clearly demonstrates the critical importance of major exporters for Ukraine’s foreign exchange market and overall financial stability.
Data from the National Bank of Ukraine show that, in 2025, Ukraine’s exports of goods reached US$38.28 billion, while exports of services totalled US$15.82 billion.
The top five exporters also included the agricultural companies Kernel, MHP and Bunge Ukraine, as well as steel producer ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih.
