The editorial teams, together with an expert jury, selected 50 companies with the strongest reputations based on their performance in 2025. Nearly 150 companies under Ukrainian jurisdiction – all well known to consumers and the business community – participated in the ranking.
The results were determined through a combination of online voting by Delo.ua’s audience and evaluations by the expert jury. The experts assessed each company across a broad set of criteria: from reputation management, resilience to information attacks and consumer loyalty to CSR investment, employer brand quality, corporate communication and effectiveness of state engagement. The jury included leading specialists in reputation management, PR and GR, consulting, communication and media.
Metinvest ranked fifth overall. According to the jury, its reputational hallmark is its strong corporate communication with investors and partners.
Delo.ua reported that the Group actively engages with its creditors and consistently meets its obligations. It is progressing in its debt-reduction efforts: since the start of the full-scale invasion, it has repaid US$670 million in liabilities, including more than US$200 million in 2024 alone.
At the same time, Metinvest continues to enter into new financial agreements to support its operations. It also provides ongoing support to local communities, defenders and employees. Between 2022 and 2024, US$258 million was allocated to these initiatives.
The top five also included DTEK, McDonald’s Ukraine, Vodafone Ukraine and MHP.
