Characteristics of steel grade 65
Steel grade 65 is a structural carbon spring steel produced to the requirements of DSTU 8429 and GOST 14959.
Classification: Structural carbon steel.
Products: Flat steel and rolled sections including shapes, ingots, forgings, stamped parts.

|USA||1064, 1065, G10640, G10650, G10690|
|European Union||С67, C66D|
Steel grade 65 is used for the manufacture of different parts, which, after quenching and tempering, obtain higher strength, elasticity and wear resistance at friction and vibration, e.g. shocks and springs.
Not used for welded structures.
