Within the framework of the competition young people aged 14-35 will be given opportunities to manifest their talents in painting and graphics, including such genres as industrial landscape, multi-genre composition and portrait. The works will be evaluated by an expert committee comprised of fine art experts, employees of city culture and education authorities and the representatives of Metinvest.
The most interesting works of the competition will be displayed at the exhibitions to be held in every city. The winners of the exhibition will receive cash prizes and an opportunity to be published in the catalogue of the best works from all participant-cities, which will be issued upon completion of the exhibition. The best works will be also displayed at the exhibition dedicated to the Mining and Metals Workers Day in Donetsk.
The competition will involve talented people from such cities as Avdiivka, Yenakiievo, Makeyevka, Mariupol, Dzerjinsk, Khartsyzsk, Krasnodon and Krivoi Rog.
In addition to the World of Opportunity Program, Metinvest will initiate a number of environmental, social and sports programs: Healthy Environment is the Everybody’s Business, We Improve the City, Children and Youth Football Development dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the Company.
