According to the survey, the company takes the lead in Best HR-Team and Sustainable Development nominations. Metinvest is among top five best Ukrainian companies when it comes to implementation of innovative HR management solutions and development of social programs. The Group is also among top 10 largest employers in Dream Team and Best Corporate Training Program nominations.
The rating expert panel was represented by HR managers of the largest Ukrainian companies including HR and Social Policy Director of Metinvest Group Nataliya Strelkova.

BusinessHReformation 2016. Ukraine’s Best Employers rating was compiled by Business Weekly in cooperation with HRFORUM, the association of HR management experts. The best companies were selected in eleven nominations based on the total number of points, where 30% of the points was the expert opinion, 30% was on-line voting, and 30% was the evaluation of the company’s media profile by the Weekly’s staff. The experts could not vote for their companies in any of the nominations.
