Metinvest’s veteran reintegration ecosystem is a comprehensive programme developed in response to the realities of the full-scale war in Ukraine. It supports both returning employees and new hires as they transition back to civilian life and work after military service.

Metinvest launched the Steel Force programme to create career opportunities for Ukrainian students studying abroad. One of the project’s goals is to involve these young people in projects that support Ukraine’s recovery and the development of the national mining and metals sector.

Metinvest acknowledges its responsibility for safeguarding the well-being of contractors operating at its facilities. The Group applies a unified approach to occupational safety, holding them to the same standards and requirements as employees.

In 2025, Metinvest continued to scale the use of artificial intelligence across its operations, integrating advanced digital solutions into production, marketing, sales, finance, logistics, HR and IT.
